Minicraft Model Kits Customer Service Policy

 Minicraft Models warrants our product for a reasonable amount of time after production. A good reference of the production date is the copyright date located on the side panel of your box.

Please inspect your kit upon purchase, if you feel your kit is defective, please return it to the place of purchase for an exchange.

We thank you for your purchase of Minicraft Model Kits and look forward to serving you in the future. Please have kit number and part number information available. Please include your name and address in your email.

Decals are not covered by warranty. We try to make extra decals available for purchase.

Our service policy requires the submission of the package UPC code and original sales receipt from a retail store as proof of purchase for all parts requests. If the original sales receipt and/or original UPC code are not available, Minicraft, at our discretion, may support the product by making parts available, but will require payment of shipping and handling charges and will advise.

In the event parts are lost or broken during the assembly process, Minicraft Models will try to make available the part, depending on availability, at a modest charge plus any necessary shipping charges.

Goods purchased outside the United States should be returned to the place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
