Minicraft Models strives to produce quality model kits. We combine unique subject matter with quality components and “state of the art” manufacturing processes to create model kits that are second to none.
Minicraft Models warrants our products to be complete and free of manufacturing defects. In the event you experience difficulties during the assembly of Minicraft Model Kits please contact our customer service department.
Our service policy requires the submission of the package UPC code as proof of purchase for all parts requests. We may request the return of any defective parts or incorrect parts provided. Minicraft Model Kits will provide at no charge replacement parts found to be faulty, defective or incorrect.
In the event parts are lost or broken during the assembly process, Minicraft Models will be pleased to replace damaged or lost parts at a modest charge plus any necessary shipping charges.
We regret we are un-able to supply individual parts or parts for special purposes including “scratch building” projects. Parts are made available only by the “sprue” for RMS Titanic kits. All parts orders will be charged at full retail value in the event such a purchase is deemed necessary.
